Each February, CSEA members all over the state hold fundraisers and donation drives to replenish the Dorothy Bjork Assistance Fund.

13th Annual Paraeducator Conference
March 25 – 27, 2010
CSEA co-sponsors this conference to provides skill development training for instructional assistants and other paraeducators working in general, special and bilingual education, grades pre-school through high school.

Administrative Professionals Week
April 18—24, 2010
Recognize the contributions of school secretaries and other administrative professionals. Administrative Professionals Day is April 21.

Classified School Employee Week
May 16–22, 2010
Since 1986, California has taken the third week in May to honor the invaluable contributions of classified school employees. CSEA members recognize the event with local celebrations throughout the state.

Classified Employee of the Year Award

The California Classified Employee of the Year Award is sponsored by the California Department of Education.

ACE Program
May 17-21, 2010
CSEA’s Appreciating Classified Employees (ACE) program offers school district administrators and trustees a way to recognize and promote understanding between district staff and administrators.
